To Apply for AABI membership:

• New association member shall be approved by all existing members with the voting rights at General Assembly.

• New incubator member shall be approved by AABI Association Member with the relevant jurisdiction, or by AABI Secretariat.

To Terminate AABI membership:

• Fail to comply with any provision listed in AABI bylaw.

• Fail to pay membership fee for TWO consecutive years.

• Fail to dispatch a representative or alternative delegate to annual General Assembly in FOUR consecutive years. (for association member)
